BIKE SERVICES

Regular maintenance services and repairs are an essential part of keeping your bike running smoothly and safely.    Regular servicing ensures you do not find yourself having to fork over your hard-earned cash on large-scale repairs or replacements for components that have not been properly maintained.

How often should I get my bike serviced?

The servicing schedule for a bike can vary depending on how  often it's ridden and what condition it's in to begin with.  A good guide is at least every 12 months, with every 6 months recommended if you:

  - are a frequent commuter or distance rider

  - frequently ride in wet or dirty conditions

  - store your bike in an area with high moisture or dirt content
